Recently, I have had a little trouble with insomnia. You may know it as just not sleeping at night, but it’s characterized as not getting enough of that good ol’ quality sleep we all need. And what’s the first thing they tell you to do when you have this problem? Cut back on the caffiene.
If you’re like me, I know what you’re thinking. How can I give up such a wonderful aspect of my days? The sweet aroma, the bitter after bite; they are what coax me out of bed in the morning and give me the courage to face the day!
OK, so maybe I am a little addicted to my coffee. But who isn’t these days? I’m surrounded all day by constant drinkers at the office, and read about others online who can’t get that next chapter out without that steamy beverage in their other hand. You can’t drive by a shopping center without seeing some sort of cafe or coffee shop. It’s nearly impossible to escape them in the malls!
Yep. I’m doomed to forever drink my coffee, and I won’t let a little thing like sleep stand in my way.
